Discover two customized stainless steel reactors supplied to customers in Belgium and Spain, featuring variable-speed mixing, high-temperature operation, rotary and liftable design, heating and vacuum systems.
Recently, we completed and shipped two customized stainless steel reactors for customers in Europe: a 10L stainless steel reactor for Belgium and a 25L stainless steel reactor for Spain.
Although both systems feature a rotary and liftable reactor design, their configurations were customized according to different process requirements. These projects demonstrate how stainless steel reactors can be tailored to meet specific requirements for mixing speed, operating temperature, sealing components, and vacuum processing.
The 10L stainless steel reactor supplied to the customer in Belgium was customized with a wide variable-speed range of 100–3000 rpm.
This broad speed range provides greater flexibility for mixing applications where different stirring speeds are required. By adjusting the agitator speed according to the process, the reactor can accommodate different materials and mixing conditions.
For applications requiring precise and flexible mixing performance, a variable-speed stainless steel reactor with agitator can provide greater control over the processing conditions.
The 25L stainless steel reactor supplied to the customer in Spain was designed specifically for glue processing.
The process requires an operating temperature of up to 250°C, so temperature-resistant sealing components were selected to ensure reliable operation under high-temperature conditions.
Selecting the appropriate sealing materials and components is an important part of customizing a high-temperature stainless steel reactor, particularly when the equipment is used for demanding chemical or industrial processes.
Both reactors feature a rotary and liftable structure, which provides easier access to the vessel during daily operation and maintenance.
The liftable and rotary design makes it more convenient for operators to:
This flexible mechanical design can be particularly useful for laboratory, pilot-scale, and small-scale production applications where accessibility and ease of operation are important.
To support different process requirements, both reactor systems are equipped with suitable heating circulators and vacuum pumps.
The heating circulator provides controlled heating for processes that require stable temperature conditions, while the vacuum pump enables vacuum operation when required by the process.
Combining the stainless steel reactor, heating system, and vacuum equipment creates a more flexible processing system that can be adapted to different mixing and chemical processing applications.
These two projects demonstrate our ability to customize stainless steel reactors according to specific customer requirements.
The final reactor configuration can be adapted based on key process parameters such as:
