A customized 50L jacketed glass filtration reactor with integrated pH control, PTFE filtration system, and automatic powder feeding unit has been successfully manufactured and delivered to our customer in Turkey. This customized glass reactor system was designed to meet specific reaction, filtration, and process control requirements for pharmaceutical and fine chemical applications.
The delivered system is a 50L jacketed glass filtration reactor designed for reaction and solid-liquid separation processes in a single vessel. Unlike conventional reactors that require transferring reaction mixtures to external filtration equipment, this system integrates a PTFE bottom filter plate directly inside the reactor, allowing filtration to be completed within the vessel.
The integrated 265mm diameter PTFE filter plate provides efficient solid-liquid separation while reducing material loss, contamination risks, and manual handling during the production process.
