Dispatch of High-Quality Stainless Steel Reactors to Germany

We have successfully completed the production and final quality inspection of three sets stainless steel reactors for a Germany client. The order consists of 10L, 30L jacketed stainless steel reactor ideal for temperature-controlled processes, and a 50L explosion-proof single-layer ss reactor. Each unit was engineered with precision to meet the stringent operational and safety standards.

Prior to shipment, a comprehensive series of performance tests was rigorously conducted to ensure flawless functionality. Our quality control protocol included a Vacuum Test to verify the integrity of the seals and the system's ability to hold a high vacuum without leaks. The Agitation Test was performed on all units to confirm stable and consistent stirring performance at various speeds. Finally, a critical Internal Pressure Holding Test was executed to guarantee the reactor vessels can safely maintain their designated pressure
